Iceman On Road Series Final Race Report

  Steven Strohm is a veteran in the r/c racing world having great success racing both on and off road shares his report of Finals for the Iceman Series from San Marcos.

"Thank you, Track Star, for your great products and support. Your lubes kept my cars running smooth! The tire cleaner (Dream Clean) and (Gold) sauce were the bomb! The races in the Iceman Winter Series has its ups and downs (like loosing a front shock on my Mini on the first lap of the A Main) Also in one of my USGT Mains, I got hit from behind and with a body tuck put me in last place.
  On the final race day, I TQd in Mini and started 8th in USGT. In Mini, I ended up 2nd in the Main and 2nd overall in points. In the USGT Main I got a clean great start and was in 4th or 5th then that tuck happened. I ended up 3rd overall in points. The last race day the track had a heavy coat of Traction sauce on it. I thought I would try something different. Instead of using my normal Dream Clean and Gold sauce, I used just Dream Clean and heated tires to 100 degrees. Bingo! So dialed on that heavy sprayed track surface. Thanks again for all your help. You guys Rock!"
